Is there any way we can set email digest option enable for certain users.
Can you share a bit more about what you're trying to do? For instance, it's already possible to impersonate users to perform actions such as subscribing to digests. Or you could also use the APIs like the in-process version within a plugin to potentially subscribe based on platform events, or the widget API to script subscription from a widget or theme implementation. The Group Links widget is a good example of using this API from the perspective of a widget.

We like to add emaildigest option to the set of users(around 1000 users) as an admin . in the widget API or in-process version we are not seeing the option to set usercontenxt ( i mean to which user we need to enable this) in emaildigest .
The user context of any in-process API can be overridden with the IUsers.RunAsUser API.
