Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Invalid credentials)

Hi Folks, 
 
 We are getting the below errors when adding the below settings in web.config of telligent site 
 <httpCookies httpOnlyCookies="true" requireSSL="true" /> 
 
 Error: 403 Invalid credentials 
 /api.ashx/v2/systemnotifications.json?IsResolved=false&PageSize=1&PageIndex=0&_=1552393340108

If the goal is try to force all cookies to http only that is not valid and will result in the issue you see. You cannot set this value in the web.config, in current platform versions this is handled automatically where it is appropriate.
