We are on 10.2. We are seeing an issue where users are uploading a single file, and duplicate copies are appearing in HC Community (the two files have the same name, but consecutive file ID numbers). Is this something that others have seen, and do you have an idea why this might be happening? I can submit a support ticket, but wanted to ask first.
