In 10.1.6 ...
I have a user who is trying to create a Wiki page with a certain title and that title results in a message below the Title box that says "A page by this name exists in this wiki already". I have looked through the list of Wiki pages, including published, unpublished, not in the TOC, etc. and I do not see another page of that title anywhere. I have also looked at the cs_wiki_pages table and there is nothing there that would appear to be in conflict.
Where else should I look to clean this issue up?
