Telligent Community Emails showing tokens instead of names

This is something we are aware of and are actively looking into.

Patrick M. starksk - were you able to come up to a solution for this? We started experiencing this issue last week.

If I recall correctly, this was a post in reference to an email this site had sent to me in the 10.3? era and I was reporting it to Telligent. We had seen it a couple of times on our site in the 10.1 or 10.2 era but haven't seen it reported since upgrading to 11.x.
