How do you copy content pages in 10.x to make new ones with the same look and feel? Tried exporting and importing a content page theme into a new page - didn't work. In our previous 8.5 version it was pretty obvious. You go to the content page manage panel, click copy next to the one you want, then give the copy a new name.
