OOTB Ask a Question 1 Rule: not firing anymore?

This has been modified, the default does nothing in regards to points or the author question count.  The question count has no EqualTo value which is probably the issue, though I am not sure why you have that in there.

Thanks for pointing that out - it must have been our PS team when we migrated. To resolve the issue, we just equalto 1? Or you're saying don't have that in there?

The idea is to award achievement and points for asking their first question.
