Since upgrading to 10.1.6 our users frequently get the "You've gone offline. Attempting to reconnect." Live Alert. It is usually followed closely with the "Reconnected" Live Alert.
We are using Windows AD Authentication with almost entirely Windows domain users using either IE or Chrome, making use of the Windows Integrated Authentication. So there is no "Logout" as such. If you are on the domain and you open site page anywhere you are logged in.
I assume that it must be the presence detection that is monitoring the online/offline status. Presence is a nice feature, but the alerts are annoying even if they aren't causing any real issues. Users are alarmed or confused by the continual notifications.
Is this an issue everyone sees or is it specific to using Windows authentication? And is there a solution?
