Hi Community. I am making a rules and points system within Telligent 10.x. I am stuck on creating rules to award points to users who comment on content. I want to award 3 points to the writer of the original content and 5 points to the creator of the comment. I created two separate rules so that if the original content author posts a comment on his own content, he only gets the 5 points for creating the comment and not the extra 3 for being the original author.
When I test the rule to make sure it is working, the first comment I create works and the points are awarded fine without issue. The problem, however, is that every other time I create another new comment with the same user under the same content, the points are not awarded. It would be nice to award the points to the user for every new comment they post under the same content instead of just the first one. If anyone could help or let me know what might be wrong with my rule logic or settings that would be a huge help. Thanks!
