Changing CSS for Group - Banner subtext

Question

Where should I go to update and change the CSS just for the Group-Banner subtext (which pulls in the group description). I want to make it match my 14px text. 
 e.g.

You could edit the site root theme custom styles if you wanted, just target that widget wrapper specifically.

You could also add custom styling to override, such as the following 
 .content-fragment.blog-banner .description {
	font-size: 14px;
	opacity: 1;
}
