How to fix the notification from quotes?

Hello all, 
 Anybody know if this email notification is a bug or something on my side. 
 I made a quote comment in a forum and got this notification

That's the problem with our site using defaults -- its hard to tell its our site without a URL to go by. 
 I did track down the associated exception in the log and have logged a bug regarding this issue (it is a server-side issue):
