Hi, we are getting an email when someone replies or add a comment to post/thread, but for Apple Mail, the emails came with the same MessageID in the header, so when we get an email with the same message-id the mailer flag it as "Read", and don't push a new email notification so user is not aware of new replies, is there any way to fix this?
Hi Angel Valenzuela. I'm trying to recreate what you're seeing to help make sure this gets addressed. I too am seeing an inability for Apple Mail to reply via email. However, I'm not seeing a duplicate Message ID. Can you potentially share the headers you're seeing (with any relevant information anonymized of course).

Interesting. I'm not able to recreate the duplicated Message ID with Mail.app on macOS, Mail on iOS, or iCloud mail on the web. That said, I am seeing an inability to reply to threads via these same clients. I've logged this as a high priority issue.
