Add Forum Application Avatar

There is no option in the UI to upload a forum avatar.  It would need to be done through the API.

May help others to know that for our scenario a quick resolution to this for us:loading a list of forums with:

$core_v2_forum.List(...

Then uploading an avatar to the Group nesting the Forum (via Admin).

Then looping through the returned list of forums for their data and using:

#foreach ( $f in $forums )
    #each
        <span>$f.Group.AvatarUrl</span>
#end
