Does anyone know how an administrator can unlock a user account after too many failed login attempts? A community member received the following email about her account:

'#106141 No way to manually unlock a user locked out after account has been locked.' has been completed for 3/2018 - March Service Pack affecting 10.1.
I am on version 10.2.2.4296 and still not able to manually unlock a user locked out after account has been locked
What type of authentication are you using? Are you able to see the unlock link when editing a user who is locked on in Administration > Membership > Members?
