Does anyone know how an administrator can unlock a user account after too many failed login attempts? A community member received the following email about her account:

The user should automatically get unlocked after a set amount of time (default is "5" minutes and is configurable in the web.config). The manual unlocking is not currently working. I've filed the following bug to get this fixed.

I am on version 10.2.2.4296 and still not able to manually unlock a user locked out after account has been locked
What type of authentication are you using? Are you able to see the unlock link when editing a user who is locked on in Administration > Membership > Members?
