Blank Idea notification emails

Hi, 
 I've received quite a few blank idea notification emails from this site over the last few days, all something like this: 
 
 Let me know if you want any other examples and I can get those for you.

It looks like during the process of sending the notification emails, the idea is being flagged for moderation. The emails that go out after the idea is flagged look like the one you received. We need to fix our idea notifications to stop the bad emails from being sent out after the post is flagged for moderation.
