Private Chat and email integration in 3rd website

Hello,

Can we integrate private chat and email integration in sitecore website. If yes, can someone provide me with API endpoints and what settings we need to do in telligent administration.

No chat is not integrate-able into a third party website, at least not anything the community offers. As for email, sure there is an send email API, but I am not sure what good it does for you without…

No chat is not integrate-able into a third party website, at least not anything the community offers. As for email, sure there is an send email API, but I am not sure what good it does for you without more detail. .NET has a send email API that can be used as well. All community email is based on community activities, as such there is really no 3rd party triggers.

You can, but that is not really "chat" when you use through the API unless you are going to build a chat like client.
