Add a custom emoji

Only in 10.0+.  Administration->Site->Emoticons, you can add to collections or create them

On a related note, how do we enable custom emoji in 10+? The UI doesn't have a button to enable it from the Emoticons panel. Do we simply create a new set and that replaces the "Custom" set seen in this screenshot?

Click the collection and a slide out will appear with an "Edit" option. Click Edit and from there check the "Enable Collection" and Save.

I'm not seeing that behavior in 10.0.2.5303. There is no slide out when clicking the Custom item and no errors in the browser console.

Do you the correct behavior for the other collections? i.e. can you edit the other collections?

Ok, I can repro this. Looks like the last collection in IE is not adjusting properly if the set of collections span the full height of the window, leaving little to no spacing at the bottom. For a workaround, you can temporarily reduce your font so there is a decent amount of space between the last collection and the bottom, use a different browser, or temporarily move the collection up one using the arrows and edit the collection or use a different browser. Note: This sorting does affect how the collections show up in insert emoticon so you probably want to move it back to the bottom after editing so Custom is the last option.
