As the holidays approach, we will have varying office hours which will impact our support availability. Please note that our offices will be closed on Monday, December 25th, 2017 through Monday, January 1st, 2018.

As such, general product support will be unavailable during this time. You will still be able to log a case with us via our normal channels including emailing support@telligent.com or visiting our Support Portal (http://support.telligent.com/). If you are encountering a Severity 1 or 2 issue as defined in our FAQs please enter the case via the portal and an on-call engineer will reach out to you. For all other issues, upon return to normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018, your support tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible.

Please note, if your community is experiencing a Severity 1 issue and is hosted with Telligent SaaS please call 877-739-5530. Our answering service will be delighted to enter a case on your behalf and you will receive a response from an on-call technician to assist you.
